In keeping with our dedication to organic living and environment conservation rather than concrete structures, we housed the Rasoi in a bamboo frame surrounded by rich foliage and greenery. Open from all sides the Rasoi bamboo structure breezes in the freshness and flavours of changing seasons much to the delight of guests.

Rasoi is known for its traditional local Vidarbha " Varadi " dishes. We take special care that guests are served with the best quality organic food. For this we use fresh Ghani oil (wooden oil press), organic millets, pulses and spices procured directly from organic farmers helping them with raising their household income.
